Whether it’s a milestone or a mood, AIR is made for gathering. From intimate dinners and offbeat weddings to brand launches, pop-ups, and wild ideas — our space is yours to make it meaningful.
The Space
A lush, light-filled building surrounded by greenery, with a garden out front, a research kitchen out back, and circular food systems running through it all.
Ground Floor (46 pax):
Semi-open dining room with glass walls, an open kitchen, and direct lawn access
Level 2 (60 pax):
A more intimate air-conditioned space overlooking the garden, perfect for private groups or workshops
Lawn:
Our outdoor lawn can host up to 300+ pax standing. Ideal for lawn parties, casual bites, and all-out celebrations
Food & Drink
Events at AIR run on good food, made from scratch. Menus change with the seasons, but the quality stays consistent — thoughtful, playful, produce-forward.
Choose from:
- 6-Course Sharing Menus ($130++ or $150++ per pax)
- Chef’s Choice Menus ($108++ per pax)
- Plated 4-Course Sets ($180++ to $250++ per pax)
- Lawn BBQ Buffet (from $300++ per pax, up to 500 guests)
- Canapés & Live Stations available on request
- Free Flow Beverage Packages from $50++ to $165++
Vegan/vegetarian options available. No corkage if you go with our drink package. If not, standard corkage fees apply.

2nd Floor Buyout
- Lunch (Wed–Thu): From $8,000++
- Dinner (Fri–Sun): From $18,000++
Full Restaurant Buyout
- Lunch (Wed–Thu): From $14,000++
- Dinner (Fri–Sun): From $35,000++
Lawn Party Buyout
- Full-day with restaurant: From $40,000++ to $53,000++
Includes both lunch + dinner timings, 11AM–10PM
Set-up beyond standard hours (9AM–10PM) is subject to $1,000++/hour.
